B4368 between the A489 and Craven Arms

An alternative route after breakfast at Harry Tuffins Supermarket.

Continue A489 towards Newtown and after about 5 miles look out for a road on your left signposted for Clun and Sawmills the B4368.

This road should be treated with extreme caution.

The bends are deceptive and have a nasty habit of tightening suddenly, the surfaces, in places, are atrocious. Tight and twisty but very challenging, more chance of a ride in an ambulance than an appearance in a Magistrates Court. Mercifully the verges are soft as more than the odd rider has found out.
The second half i.e. Clun onwards to Craven Arms is not as bad but still good fun.

Not for the inexperienced !
